CBH combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles with clinical hypnosis. We target the thoughts, behaviours, and physiological responses associated with anxiety.

You gradually face feared social situations in a structured and supported way to disconfirm negative predictions.

Hypnosis helps deepen the work by accessing the subconscious mind. In this relaxed state, we can:
